For the past 30 years I have been in Sales and Sales Management in the Furniture Industry. I have interviewed and hired hundreds of employees in my career. The summer of 2009 was a period I will never forget. After 26 years in the Financial Services Sector, I was laid off. The job market was very competitive and limited.
